Questions you might have
You are still responsible for paying the balance on your Jasper credit card. Please make at least your minimum monthly payment by your due date in order to avoid late fees or adverse credit reporting.
Payments can still be made via the Jasper mobile app or via check or money order. To make a payment in the mobile app, log in, tap the Payment tab, then follow the prompts.
To mail a payment, address it to:
Jasper/WebBank
PO Box 1258
Commerce, GA 30529
You will be charged a late fee of up to $27 if you do not pay at least your minimum payment on time. You may also be reported to Transunion, Experian, and Equifax as late.
Your monthly statement will indicate the amount of time to pay off your balance by paying the minimum due.
Under your cardholder agreement, a minimum payment equal to the greater of (a) $25 or (b) the sum of 2% of the new balance, plus interest, plus fees and plus any amount that is past due will be due each month until your account is paid in full.
You may choose to pay off your balance in full, or to pay more than the minimum due each month at any time. As long as you pay the minimum payment each month, your account will be in good standing.
